Roles & Responsibilities Job Description Assist in the development of the Painting/Special Coating project estimates Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits. Develop the schedule for all phases the painting and coatings work. Develop and implement project specific processes and procedures associated with Paintings/Coatings. In conjunction with the Project Superintendent, lead, direct and coordinate the day-to-day management and construction activities. Manage project costs, through ongoing evaluations of labor, material, and equipment Interface with all company departments as necessary to resolve any issue. Ensure all safety measures, procedures, and requirements are met, followed, and practiced. Monitor and supervise all vendors or outside contractors to ensure the quality of work and completion of the work before payments are made. Must be able to supervise a staff of up to 20. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job. Must carry a Phone and be available for on call services twentyfour hours. Must be proficient in general maintenance including plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools & spas, roof, city codes and life safety equipment.
