Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer / Safety Officer

Location: Construction Site Job Responsibilities Implement and monitor Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures at the construction site. Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential safety hazards to ensure a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with WSH Act, regulations and company safety requirements. Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and safety inductions for workers. Prepare, review and maintain WSH documentation, including Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Liaise with project team, subcontractors and relevant authorities on safety matters. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices on site. Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry. Possess relevant WSH qualifications recognized in Singapore. Familiar with Singapore construction safety requirements and regulations. Able to work independently and manage site safety matters. Good communication and documentation skills. Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers and site personnel. Work Details 6-day work week Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
