HR Executive

Job Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of HR functions for approximately 100 employees. Handle recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Process attendance and leave administration. Coordinate payroll-related documentation. Manage general HR administration and ensure compliance with company policies. Arrange weekly cleaning schedules for the office and company HDB (twice a week). Support employee welfare and office administrative matters. Work independently with minimal supervision. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience. Experience handling end-to-end HR functions independently. Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices. Strong organizational and communication skills. Able to multitask and work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders. Work Details Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
