About this role
Job Responsibilities Perform general operational and administrative support duties. Drive the company vehicle to run errands, collect and deliver documents, materials and supplies. Purchase office and project-related items as required. Coordinate deliveries and support day-to-day office operations. Assist with office maintenance and liaise with vendors when required. Support different departments with ad hoc tasks. Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and in good condition. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence. Confident driving around Singapore. Responsible, reliable and able to work independently. Good time management and organizational skills. Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and suppliers. Benefits Company vehicle provided. Stable, long-term employment. Work Details Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
