Executive Driver/ Pa

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe transportation services for the directors and families. The ideal candidate should be conversant in mandarin to communicate effectively with our mandarin-speaking directors, well-versed in driving larger vehicles, responsible, and familiar with Singapore roads. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation, maintaining assigned vehicle in excellent condition, and supporting various personal, household, and business-related errands as required. The role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to remain available based on the directors' and families' schedule. The monthly salary is intended to cover the flexible work arrangements associated with this role. Duties and Responsibilities - Run errands and provide chauffeuring services to Director and family - Always contactable and reachable during working hours - Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the vehicle. At least wash the vehicle once a week or when it’s dirty - Save petrol, check vehicle condition and schedule for regular car servicing when required - Abide by all traffic regulations, laws and ordinances while driving, do not use mobile device while driving or waiting the traffic light - Provide confidential administrative support for other ad-hoc household matters - Handle daily chores like ordering lunch, picking up kids to school, etc - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Any other ad-hoc assignments or projects as and when required by Director Organization and Time Management - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively - Arrange and coordinate meetings and other events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place - -Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes - Assist with personal and professional errands ensuring timely completion
