Customer Service Officer (Freight Forwarding)

Basic information: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM Location: Bukit Merah Bonus provided Job Description: Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, co-loaders, and overseas agents on shipment arrangements. Handle import, export, cross-trade shipments, permits, and related shipping documentation. Process customs declarations using Singapore Customs TradeNet/TradePalette. Respond to customer enquiries and incoming calls promptly and professionally. Support ad hoc operational duties and administrative tasks as assigned. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.
