Assistant Manager

Job duties Supervising restaurant staff during shifts. Assisting with hiring, training, and scheduling employees. Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints. Monitoring food quality, presentation, and service standards. Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards. Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies. Monitoring cash handling, daily sales, and preparing reports. Supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals. Ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations. Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Managing opening and closing procedures. Motivating team members and fostering a positive work environment. Handling staffing issues and providing performance feedback. Assisting with promotional activities and special events.
