About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to drive planning, coordination, and execution of system cutovers for large-scale SAP transformation programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless deployment and business continuity during SAP implementations, with a strong focus on data migration, governance, and cross-functional alignment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage end-to-end cutover strategy, plans, timelines, and governance frameworks • Lead cross-functional coordination across business, functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to ensure deployment readiness • Facilitate cutover planning workshops, defining detailed tasks, dependencies, owners, and validation checkpoints • Oversee SAP data migration approach, including planning, sequencing, and validation activities • Manage risks, issues, and contingencies related to cutover and deployment execution • Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and decision-making throughout the cutover lifecycle • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, especially for deployment and cutover phases • Support post-cutover stabilization and continuous improvement efforts Required Qualifications • Proven experience as a Cutover Lead in SAP implementation projects, including S/4HANA programs • Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, and PPQM • Demonstrated expertise in SAP data migration strategy, planning, and execution • Solid project management experience with a focus on deployment and cutover execution • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams • Ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and risks in large-scale programs • Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments Preferred Qualifications • SAP S/4HANA certification • Experience managing complex cutovers involving multiple satellite systems (e.g., 10+ integrations) • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., scheduling, tracking, collaboration platforms) • Basic programming or automation knowledge (e.g., Excel macros) • Proactive approach to staying updated on SAP and industry trends About the Company / Team We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
