About the Role As a Custom Software Engineering Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of technology solutions through rigorous manual testing practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate system functionality, improve testing processes, and support the delivery of high-quality software that meets business and user requirements. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute detailed manual test cases based on functional requirements and user stories • Identify, document, and track defects, working collaboratively with development teams to ensure timely resolution • Analyze test results to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to testing processes • Validate software functionality to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements • Contribute to the development and enhancement of quality assurance standards and methodologies • Participate actively in team discussions, providing insights and solutions to testing and quality-related challenges • Support cross-functional collaboration to improve overall delivery outcomes and user experience Required Qualifications • Advanced proficiency in Manual Testing and execution of structured test cases • Strong foundation in Software Engineering principles and application lifecycle • Hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and defect management • Proficiency in Application Quality Analysis and Quality Control (QC) processes • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Microsoft Front-End Development (Angular) environments • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools • Exposure to automation testing concepts and tools • Experience working in large-scale enterprise systems or digital transformation projects About the Company / Team We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
