Administration & Marketing Executive Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and creative individual to support our operations, marketing, and communications functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes coordination and bringing ideas to life through content and branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Operations Coordinate administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.Manage scheduling, event logistics, documentation, and internal communications.Support recruitment through online and offline channels.Support onboarding and integration of new hires.Liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams when required. Marketing & Communications Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms. Assist with branding, campaigns, and marketing initiatives. Coordinate photography, videography, and event-related marketing efforts. Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improvement. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong organisational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is an advantage.
