About this role

Key Responsibilities Business Development Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within semiconductor manufacturers, OSATs, OEMs, and related supply chain partners. Expand existing customer relationships and penetrate new accounts. Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts. Understand customer requirements and align solutions to support their business needs. Sales Planning & Forecasting Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure accurate demand forecasting and timely reporting to management. Market Intelligence Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Identify emerging opportunities within semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, and advanced technology segments. Provide actionable market insights to support business planning and product development. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, and product development teams to support customer projects. Coordinate product evaluations, sample submissions, and qualification activities. Support the successful launch of new products and solutions. Commercial Management Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements. Ensure profitability targets are achieved while maintaining customer satisfaction. Monitor customer payment performance and support accounts receivable management. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of sales, business development, or account management experience within the semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chains, and industry dynamics. Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing key customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
