Senior Facade Designer

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Fully Remote (Philippines-based) Position Overview: As a Senior Facade Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality facade design documentation for projects across the region. You will work closely with our project and engineering teams to produce accurate shop drawings and fabrication drawings while ensuring material requirements are managed efficiently. Key Responsibilities ● Develop façade designs and detailed drawings for commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. ● Prepare design, shop, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software. ● Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure design requirements are met. ● Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to deliver compliant façade solutions. ● Resolve design and technical issues during design, fabrication, and installation stages. ● Ensure façade designs comply with project standards, building codes, and quality requirements. ● Support material selection, design optimization, and value engineering initiatives. ● Attend design coordination meetings and provide technical support to project teams. ● Mentor junior designers and review their work for accuracy and quality. ● Assist with technical submissions, reports, and project documentation. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. ● Minimum 10 years of experience in the facade industry. ● Experience working on projects in Singapore is strongly preferred. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Rhino; experience with other facade-specific software is an advantage. ● Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and fabrication processes. ● Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
