Construction Production Manager

Job Description Plan, manage, and oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to achieve project objectives. Monitor construction progress and resolve site issues promptly. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to maximize productivity. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies. Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Review work progress and prepare project reports for management. Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays. Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction or interior fit-out projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site operations. Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and construction resources. Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, and quality standards. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage. Experience in commercial, hospitality, or high-end interior fit-out projects will be an advantage.
