Senior Facade BIM Modeller

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Fully Remote (Philippines-based) Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facade BIM Modeller to join our remote team on a full-time, permanently employed basis. Based in the Philippines and working from home, you will take full ownership of facade BIM deliverables — from detailed 3D modelling through to shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material scheduling — across commercial and architectural projects in international markets. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for façade and building envelope systems using Revit and other BIM software. ● Prepare BIM models, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation in accordance with project requirements. ● Coordinate façade models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes. ● Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project BIM standards, specifications, and client requirements. ● Review design drawings and specifications to accurately incorporate façade details into BIM models. ● Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and model-based reports as required. ● Support design development, fabrication, and installation teams with accurate BIM information. ● Conduct model quality checks and ensure data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. ● Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate technical issues with project stakeholders. ● Mentor junior BIM modellers and provide guidance on modelling standards and best practices. ● Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows, standards, and processes. ● Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs. Requirements ● Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline. ● Minimum 5 years of BIM modelling experience, preferably in façade or building envelope projects. ● Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software. ● Strong understanding of façade systems, construction methods, and BIM standards. ● Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection. ● Good communication and teamwork skills. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
