Facade Designer

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Fully Remote (Philippines-based) Position Overview: As a Facade Designer, you will support the delivery of facade design documentation for projects across the region. Working closely with our senior designers and engineering teams, you will produce accurate shop drawings and fabrication drawings while assisting in the coordination of material requirements. Key Responsibilities ● Prepare façade design drawings, shop drawings, and detailed construction drawings. ● Assist in the design and development of façade systems for various building projects. ● Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design requirements are met. ● Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents. ● Produce accurate 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. ● Support material selection and façade system detailing. ● Identify and resolve design and coordination issues during project development. ● Ensure designs comply with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards. ● Assist with technical submissions, reports, and project documentation. ● Provide technical support during fabrication and installation stages. ● Attend project coordination meetings and communicate design updates to stakeholders. ● Keep design records and drawings updated throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design or Mechanical Engineering. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in the facade industry. ● Experience working on projects in Singapore is strongly preferred. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Rhino; experience with other facade-specific software is an advantage. ● Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and fabrication processes. ● Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
