Production Assistant

Key Responsibilities Pack and label bakery, pastry, and savoury products according to production and customer order requirements. Ensure labels are accurate, including product details, batch numbers, and expiry dates. Handle finished products carefully and maintain product quality during packing and storage. Pick, check, and prepare products for dispatch based on delivery schedules. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements at all times. Operate packing and labelling equipment according to work instructions and safety procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment. Complete basic production and traceability records as required. Report any quality, safety, or equipment issues to the supervisor. Support the team in achieving daily production targets and other assigned duties. Requirements Positive attitude and willing to learn. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately. Comfortable working in a food production environment. Willing to work night shift. Experience in packing, labelling, or food manufacturing is a plus, but not essential as training will be provided. Full time and part time positions available.
