BIM Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Manager to lead and manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for a major Cable Transmission Project . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving BIM implementation, coordination, and digital integration across all project phases, ensuring alignment with project requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for the project Lead BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, M&E, and cable transmission systems Oversee 3D modelling, clash detection, and coordination using BIM tools Ensure compliance with client BIM requirements and local authority standards (e.g. BCA BIM guidelines) Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure proper document control and versioning Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and report progress to project stakeholders Review and validate models, drawings, and digital deliverables Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on BIM workflows and tools Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve design and coordination issues Drive digital innovation and continuous improvement in BIM processes Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, as well as BIM management Proven experience in infrastructure or cable transmission / utility projects preferred Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM 360 Familiarity with BIM standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. Singapore BCA BIM guidelines) Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments Why Join Us Opportunity to work on large-scale cable transmission infrastructure projects Collaborative and forward-thinking work environment Strong focus on digital construction and BIM innovation Career progression and leadership opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to evonong@davytomega.com
