Workplace Safety & Health Officer Cum Advisor

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer cum Advisor on a contract basis to oversee safety operations for a Cable Transmission Project . The role focuses on ensuring full compliance with WSH regulations, maintaining a safe working environment, and advising project teams on best safety practices throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Implement and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies and procedures on-site Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH Act and all relevant regulations Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures Advise project management on safety, health, and environmental matters Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions Liaise with authorities (e.g. MOM) and ensure regulatory compliance Monitor subcontractors’ safety performance and adherence to safety standards Maintain proper documentation of safety records, reports, and permits Requirements Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM (mandatory) Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field 3–6 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects Experience in cable transmission or utility projects will be an advantage Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment Why Join Us Opportunity to be part of a major cable transmission infrastructure project Gain valuable experience in large-scale construction safety management Dynamic and project-driven work environment How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send resume to evonong@davyomega.com We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
