Workplace Safety & Health Officer

About the Role We are seeking a qualified and proactive Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer to oversee safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture for a Cable Transmission Project . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all site activities comply with Singapore WSH regulations and company safety standards. Key Responsibilities Implement and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies and procedures on-site Ensure full compliance with the Singapore WSH Act and relevant regulations Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with safety requirements Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions Liaise with regulatory authorities (e.g. MOM) when required Maintain proper documentation of safety records, permits, and reports Promote continuous improvement in safety practices and awareness Requirements Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM (mandatory) Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or related discipline 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects Experience in cable transmission or utility projects will be an advantage Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and practices Good communication, leadership, and organisational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to email resume to evonong@davyomega.com We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
