Student Management Support Officer

Job Description: Support the Student Management Committee with student discipline and case management. Assist with late-coming management and student attendance procedures. Conduct school patrols to ensure student safety and discipline. Supervise students during recess, lunch, detention, suspension, and after-school activities. Monitor classrooms, canteen, toilets, free play areas, and surrounding school vicinity. Build positive relationships with the school community and report student misconduct. Support school events, examinations, and special needs student supervision. Assist with general administrative and operational duties during school holidays and Home-Based Learning (HBL) days. Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a uniformed service(e.g. Police, Prisons, SCDF, or law enforcement) Youth case investigation experience is an advantage Experience in restorative practices and behaviour management Secondary school experience is preferred Strong English communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently, multitask, and collaborate in a team
