Youth Worker

Job Description: Engage and provide pastoral care and guidance to students. Support students involved in disciplinary cases and monitor their well-being. Build positive relationships with at-risk students and identify early behavioural concerns. Implement and support student safety and intervention plans. Facilitate restorative conversations and support corrective counselling. Work closely with the Student Development Team (SDT) and Case Management Team (CMT). Attend case meetings and coordinate student support plans. Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and social service partners when required. Encourage students to develop self-management and take responsibility for their behaviour. Requirements: Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of post-qualification full-time social work experience in Singapore. At least 1 year of experience in pastoral care, mentoring, or youth/student support. Experience in student assessment, intervention, case planning, and goalsetting. Ability to collaborate with community agencies and support networks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive cases professionally. Familiarity with restorative practices and case management is preferred.
