Senior HR Executive/ HR Executive

Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Singapore and the SEA region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver timely hiring solutions. Build talent pipelines through job portals, employee referrals and recruitment agencies. Prepare employment-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion and salary adjustment letters. Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS. Support payroll administration, government claims and statutory submissions. Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics and recruitment metrics for management. Support employee relations, HR projects, policy implementation and continuous process improvements. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in end-to-end recruitment is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across the SEA region Meticulous, well-organized individual, able to handle confidential information with professionalism
