We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and driven Personal Assistant / Senior Executive to provide end-to-end executive, administrative and strategic support to a Senior Leader. The officer will play an important role in coordinating organisational priorities, supporting management processes and providing staff and secretarial support for key workstreams. The officer is required to demonstrate discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and support the office’s public feedback process. [Job Responsibilities] • Support the Senior Leader in coordinating strategic initiatives across teams and monitoring progress. • Assist in preparing management reports and providing secretarial support for management meetings, including keeping meeting records to facilitate smooth and timely follow-up. • Coordinate agenda and prepare supporting materials for local / overseas engagements. • Manage Senior Leader’s calendar of appointments and provide logistical and administrative support. • Maintain proper record-keeping and facilitate the retrieval of documents. • Maintain a petty cash fund and ensure proper disbursement. • Manage feedback received by the office (e.g. suggestions/requests from the public) and support continuous improvement of the office’s feedback management processes. • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. • Perform any other related duties when required. [Work Experience & Knowledge] An ideal candidate should possess the following: • Singapore Citizenship. • Previous experience in the Public Service is advantageous. [Personal Traits] • Meticulous, able to plan and organise work effectively. • Possess sensitivity and tact to handle confidential information. • Good command of spoken & written English. • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using AI tools. • Good teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
