Responsibilities: Tracking/sending port arrival notices (ETA Notices) or Delivery Notices Verification and follow-up of travel instructions at loading and unloading Follow-up of the trip and management of all the obligations in the contract/CP and problems that may arise during the trip Management of potential disputes and the closing of contracts with counterparties (Laytimes, Claims, etc.) Invoicing/brokerage commission Key Requirements: Prior industry experience is a plus Self-motivated, independent, efficient, meticulous and client oriented Team player Able to manage stress Jeralyn Chong (EA Reg no: R21100780) Faststream Recruitment Pte Ltd, EA Licence no: 09C3403
