What You Will Do As a Recruitment Consultant, you will: Manage a portfolio of important client accounts Developing new business opportunities and grow your specialist market Negotiating offers and delivering recruitment assignments Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates Identify and engage talented professionals Develop your own specialist network of industry contacts Advise clients on hiring and talent market trends Match exceptional people with exciting career opportunities Build your own portfolio and increase your earnings over time What We Are Looking For Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or commercial experience roles. Strong communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude, resilience and a strong desire to succeed. Commercial awareness and an interest in developing business opportunities. Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented. Interest in the maritime industry would be advantageous, although prior maritime knowledge or experience is not required. Previous recruitment experience is welcome but not essential.
