Senior Marine Sales Manager

We are partnering with a global maritime technology company to appoint a Senior Sales Manager to support business growth across Asia-Pacific. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering solution-based sales to customers across the marine and offshore sectors. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development and sales growth across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Develop and manage relationships with shipowners, offshore operators, engineering companies, and key industry partners. Identify new business opportunities and provide consultative, solution-based sales support to customers. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and participate in contract negotiations. Represent the company at customer meetings, industry exhibitions, and conferences. Collaborate closely with technical, project, and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Achieve sales targets while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and market forecasts. Travel regionally as required to support customers and business development activities. Requirements: Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marine Engineering, Nautical Studies, Ocean Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. 4-10+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the marine, offshore, subsea, or maritime technology sectors. Operational experience sailing, offshore, or supporting marine projects would be highly advantageous. Strong commercial acumen with experience selling technical or engineering solutions. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across regional markets.
