What You Will Do Learn the recruitment and executive search process from experienced consultants. Receive structured training and mentoring to develop your recruitment and commercial skills. What We Are Looking For Degree or Diploma in Maritime Studies, Shipping Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Passion for the maritime and shipping industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn. Commercially minded with a genuine interest in building relationships and developing business opportunities. Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
