Procurement Executive

I'm currently partnering with an established ship management company that is looking for an experienced Procurement Executive for its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in marine procurement who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with technical teams to support vessel operations. Key responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end procurement of vessel spares, stores, provisions and services. • Source quotations and negotiate with suppliers. • Coordinate deliveries with agents, freight forwarders and logistics providers. • Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries in line with vessel schedules. • Maintain procurement records and activities through the ERP system. Requirements: 3–4 years' procurement experience within a ship management or ship owning company. Experience using ERP procurement systems. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
