About this role

Under the authority of the First Counselor and the resource officer responsible for the Archives and Documentation Center (CAD) of the Embassy, the employee contributes to the smooth running of the CAD. Main Activities: Sorting, classifying and packaging archives produced by Embassy services and drafting transfer forms (deposit statements). Required and Expected Skills: - Essentiel command of French and English - Very good command of office automation tools (Microsoft Office) - Knowledge of public archives regulations would be an asset. A degree in the fields of archival science, information sciences, international relations or professional experience in one of these fields would be a plus. - Capacitiy for initiative - Autonomy - Team player mentality - Discretion and confidentiality Working Conditions : Position to be filled on 3rd August 2026 Fixed-term contract under Singaporean law from 3rd August to 2nd October 2026 - Hours : 38 hours 30 minutes per week - The mission may involve heavy lifting and working in enclosed and/or dusty environments - Paid Leave: 4 days + Singapore public holidays - Health insurance - Work Visa (S-Pass) sponsored by the Embassy - Salary : 2,716 SGD / month - Financial benefits : 13th month (pro-rata) - Pension Fund Application File Requirements: - Curriculum Vitae without photograph - Cover letter - Copy of passport or national identity card - Copy of Singapore residence permit - Diplomas or language certificates Additional documents may be requested.
