Digital Marketing Executive (Mnc)

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including eDM, CRM, digital marketing, and social media initiatives to support business objectives. Develop marketing content and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Excel, Power BI), conduct A/B testing, and recommend improvements to optimise results. Maintain customer databases, gather market insights through research and customer engagement, and support data-driven marketing strategies. Coordinate marketing projects, manage vendors, handle marketing-related enquiries, and support continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc assignments. Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of marketing experience. Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM or email marketing platforms, with good Excel skills and an analytical mindset. Experience with GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, or Canva is an advantage. Strong communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and an interest in using Generative AI to enhance marketing effectiveness.
