Job Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Security Engineer to support and enhance enterprise cybersecurity operations and IT infrastructure across regional environments. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining security solutions, monitoring security threats, responding to incidents, and ensuring the security and availability of enterprise systems. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, network security, and IT infrastructure support. This role requires participation in a scheduled after-office-hours standby/on-call rotation to support critical security and infrastructure incidents. Key Responsibilities Cybersecurity Operations Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM and security monitoring platforms. Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, security breaches, and system threats. Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures. Support vulnerability assessments, remediation activities, and security patch management. Assist in implementing and maintaining endpoint, email, and network security solutions. Infrastructure & Security Administration Support daily administration of enterprise IT infrastructure and security systems. Maintain network and security configurations to ensure system availability and compliance. Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, and security-related issues. Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, VPN, firewall, and endpoint security administration. Participate in infrastructure enhancement and security improvement projects. Project & Regional Support Support regional cybersecurity initiatives and technology deployments. Work closely with internal stakeholders, regional IT teams, and external vendors. Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures. Provide technical support for security implementation and infrastructure projects. Occasional regional travel may be required. Standby Support Participate in a scheduled after-office-hours standby/on-call rotation to support critical security incidents and infrastructure issues. Respond promptly to production incidents and work with internal teams and vendors to restore services within agreed service levels. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Networking, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Security, Cyber Security, or Infrastructure Security. Experience with SIEM monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management. Good knowledge of network security, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, and switching. Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID environments. Hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions and enterprise security tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in network and security environments. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Willing to participate in a scheduled after-office-hours standby/on-call rotation, including weekends and public holidays when required.
