Senior Sales Executive [Commercial Printing & Packaging]

[Job ID: 1635436] Responsibilities: Identify and secure new B2B clients through cold outreach, networking, trade events, and referral partnerships. Build trusted advisor relationships by conducting in-depth needs assessments and proposing tailored solutions. Manage and grow key accounts to achieve high retention and sustained revenue growth. Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective and existing clients. Prepare and negotiate accurate proposals, quotations, and service-level agreements aligned to client requirements. Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize account value and profitability. Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution. Oversee project timelines, resolve issues proactively, and ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. Conduct post-project reviews to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the commercial printing or packaging industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles. Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, finishing techniques, and industry trends. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and active listening skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
