Assistant Finance Manager [Up To $6,000 + AWS | Tuas]

Responsibilities Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing in accordance with SFRS and group reporting requirements. Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) functions. Prepare financial reporting packages, schedules, and supporting documentation for headquarters reporting. Support GST, Corporate Income Tax, ACRA filing requirements, and other statutory compliance activities. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant stakeholders during audits and compliance reviews. Monitor daily accounting transactions, cash flow activities, and financial records to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Maintain and enhance internal control processes and accounting procedures. Guide, review, and support the work of junior accounting team members. Participate in accounting system implementation projects and process improvement initiatives. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience with full sets of accounts. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Experience in GST compliance and local tax regulations. Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems. Experience leading, mentoring, or reviewing the work of junior staff is preferred. CPA or ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
