Responsibilities Manage and review monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments. Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, allowances, claims, and deductions before payroll submission. Coordinate salary payments, statutory contributions, payroll reporting, and payroll audits. Handle payroll-related enquiries and maintain accurate, confidential employee records. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities. Maintain HR documentation and employee records, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Support performance management, training, employee development, and engagement initiatives. Administer work pass applications, renewals, and related documentation through relevant authorities. Monitor work pass validity and ensure timely renewals. Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR correspondence. Coordinate job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment tracking. Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers to support hiring activities. Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary cases, performance improvement plans, and termination documentation in accordance with applicable regulations. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and HR operational processes to maintain compliance and effectiveness. Support IT information management initiatives and facilitate coordination with overseas IT stakeholders. Requirements Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Singapore with hands-on payroll and CPF administration. Working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, payroll regulations, CPF requirements, tax reporting, and work pass administration. Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and statutory filings such as IR8A and IR21. Experience preparing employment contracts, HR documentation, disciplinary records, and performance management documentation. Strong attention to detail and experience handling confidential employee information. Familiarity with HR and payroll systems such as Payboy is an added advantage. Experience in a food & beverage or manufacturing environment with a shift-based workforce is an added advantage. IHRP certification or a Diploma in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
