Inside Sales Representative [Contract - Renewable]

[Job ID: 1481395] Responsibilities: Generate new business leads by proactively contacting manufacturing companies via phone. Introduce products and services to potential clients and create interest. Identify key decision-makers and collect relevant business information for the sales team. Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the field sales team when required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business development initiatives. Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall team performance targets. Requirements: Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with a wide range of contacts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy for maintaining records and using internal systems.
