About this role
Core Responsibilities Configure and develop applications using ServiceNow App Engine. Develop and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows. Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentation. Provide user support and resolve application issues. Required Skills Strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Basic knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Familiarity with ServiceNow platform development and administration. Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and application development concepts. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred; CSA is an added advantage.
