About the Role We operate two established experiential studios — one culinary, one creative — with proven demand and an existing sales team. We're looking for a commercial leader to take ownership of the bigger picture: sharpening the sales team's performance, expanding our reach and partnerships, and converting strategy into measurable, executed growth. This is a leadership role, not an individual-contributor sales position. You'll own the number and deliver it through the team, stepping in personally only when it counts. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Own revenue targets and drive delivery through the sales team Design sales strategy, targets, incentive structures, cadence and reporting Restructure and coach the existing team to a consistently higher standard of performance Step in to close deals personally where it matters Business Development & Brand Building Build a pipeline of corporate, trade and partner opportunities across both studios Develop programmes, events and activations that reach new audiences Translate campaigns and launches into measurable revenue growth Shape how the studios are positioned and perceived in the market Team & Cross-Functional Execution Lead, coach and restructure the sales team Partner closely with marketing, operations and fulfilment to deliver a seamless customer journey Set the standard for consultative, knowledgeable service across the team Turn strategic plans into executed outcomes, with reporting leadership can rely on What Success Looks Like A structured, motivated sales team consistently hitting targets Growing revenue across channels, backed by a reliable partner and corporate pipeline Measurable growth in reach, reputation and repeat business Plans that translate into execution, with trustworthy reporting Requirements Must-Have Proven track record leading sales teams and hitting/growing revenue targets Experience building brand reach, reputation and market presence Demonstrated ability to restructure and lift the performance of a sales team Multi-channel commercial experience (retail, e-commerce, corporate/B2B, trade or wholesale) Strong strategic and operational execution skills Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management across departments Sound commercial judgement with strong follow-through Nice-to-Have Background in consumer, F&B, FMCG, hospitality or retail Genuine interest in food, design or craft Familiarity with CRM and point-of-sale systems Work Arrangement Fast-paced, collaborative environment with direct ownership of commercial strategy and cross-functional visibility. Occasional evenings/weekends required for events and client appointments.
