Waiter Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the service team. Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues. Train, guide and monitor service staff. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations. Monitor cleanliness, food safety and workplace hygiene. Assist in stock control and perform cashiering duties when required. Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements Able to lead and manage a service team in a fast-paced environment. Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to stand for long hours. Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage.
