About this role

Review and analyse client contracts, subcontracts, and other contractual documents to identify commercial, contractual, and legal risks. Prepare, draft, review, and negotiate contract terms, amendments, Particular Conditions, and other contractual documents. Provide commercial and contractual advice by reviewing and commenting on client and subcontractor contract terms to safeguard the Company's interests. Prepare and issue contractual notices, correspondence, claims, responses, and other formal communications in compliance with contractual requirements. Minimum Qualifications / Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or an equivalent legal qualification. Strong knowledge of construction law, commercial law, and contract law. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements. Good understanding of standard forms of construction contracts, such as FIDIC, PSSCOC, SIA, NEC, or equivalent. Experience in contract administration, including advising on claims, disputes, variations, extensions of time (EOT), liquidated damages (LD), and contract risk management. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.
