Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and train staff to ensure adherence to restaurant procedures and standards Maintain safety and food quality standards to comply with health regulations and enhance customer experience Collect and analyze customer feedback to resolve complaints promptly and improve service quality Organize employee schedules, track working hours, and accurately record payroll data for operational efficiency Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery Control operational costs by monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities to reduce waste Conduct staff performance appraisals and implement disciplinary or retraining measures to address performance issues
