Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage full financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial planning in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports to inform business decisions Execute month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely financial closure Process payroll and ensure timely CPF, IRAS, and statutory submissions to comply with regulatory requirements Prepare GST returns and assist with tax-related matters to maintain tax compliance Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities to facilitate audits and regulatory processes Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance to support financial health and planning Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and statutory accounting requirements Assist in developing and improving accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes to enhance operational efficiency Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and ad hoc projects to drive informed decision-making Required competencies and certifications Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, CPF, and payroll regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience Experience handling a full set of accounts Other Information Competitive remuneration package Career development and advancement opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Medical and annual leave benefits Convenient work location
