Job Summary Join as a Finance Manager to lead finance operations, drive strategic financial planning, and support business growth through effective financial management and team leadership. Responsibilities Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial operations Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to inform management decisions Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning to optimize resource allocation Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements to mitigate risks and maintain legal standards Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities to facilitate audits and regulatory processes Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency Manage payroll, CPF contributions, GST filings, and corporate tax matters to ensure timely and accurate submissions Provide detailed financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making and growth initiatives Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build capabilities and foster a high-performance culture Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, CPF, and corporate tax regulations Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive team and organizational success Preferred competencies and qualifications Professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent Other Information Competitive remuneration package Career growth and leadership opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business performance
