Manager (Information Management)

You develop, draft, and review various Defence Intelligence Service (DIS) information management plans in collaboration with DIS Departments and Commands, and relevant stakeholders in accordance with DIS strategic communications and security considerations. - Develop and execute strategic communications messaging through information management plans and communications lines via relevant forums - Vet DIS-related publicity materials and articles to ensure consistency of the DIS's portrayal and messaging - Collaborate with relevant agencies to plan and execute information training and education for DIS personnel for required Strategic Communications (SC) skills Challenge(s) - Appreciation and understanding of the MINDEF/SAF/DIS operations - Keeping abreast with events and news which may impact the DIS - Coordination and collaboration with multiple agencies and stakeholders - Education in Communications, Psychology, International Relations, or Social Sciences is preferred - Good conceptual and analytical skills with ability to synthesise complex information - Strong writing skills with attention to detail and clarity - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
