Assistant Director (Air Manpower Organisation Transformation)

You oversee the transformation efforts of the Air Manpower Organisation (AMPO), driving structural and process changes to strengthen Human Resource (HR) capabilities across the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). - Develop, implement, and refine HR entities' terms of reference, structures, and processes - Plan personnel and office space requirements across all RSAF air bases, camps, and headquarters - Plan and execute communications and engagement efforts for HR practitioners and the broader RSAF - Incorporate and implement adjustments to the Air Manpower Organisation structures during implementation, and lead post-implementation reviews Challenge(s) - Navigating organisational change and building consensus among diverse stakeholders - At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR, change management, organisational design or manpower planning - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong stakeholder management skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
