Manager (Pre-Enlistee & NSF Relations)

You play a pivotal role in coordinating and tracking Commitment to Defence initiatives for Pre-Enlistee and National Serviceman (NSF) networks across the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Ministry of Education (MOE) and educational institutions. - Coordinate, administer and track engagement initiatives in educational institutions for the Pre-Enlistee target audience group, and in sub-units for the NSF target audience group - Scale and sustain the engagement model within Services and school networks - Conduct stakeholder management of sub-units, supporting entities and external stakeholders - Develop and implement proposals, and resolve queries and issues of stakeholders - Structure and sustain a feedback loop to track the effectiveness and publicity of initiatives while identifying areas for improvement - Execute administrative processes relating to finance and logistics for engagement Challenge(s) - Staying attuned and sensitive to the evolving trends and needs of Pre-Enlistee and NSF target audience groups - Navigating and managing relationships with diverse external stakeholders across Singapore's educational networks - Education in Human Resource, Public Relations, Public Communications, Data Analytics or a related field - At least 2 years of relevant experience in stakeholder coordination, engagement or administration is preferred - Strong analytical skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team set-up Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
