Manager (Supply & Accounting) - Jurong

You are responsible for managing supply accounting operations and inventory records in the Enterprise System for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). - Oversee logistics assets, stores and equipment - Ensure continued accountability and serviceability across multiple inventories - Manage transactions in the Enterprise System for all sub-units - Attend to customer requests and carry out necessary corrective actions to support operational and training requirements - Supervise and ensure proper accountability, security, and stock accuracy of weapons and related assets - Manage preparations for logistics audits, annual stocktaking, and other audit processes and facilitate inspections where necessary - Ensure documentation is maintained according to procedures and that SOPs are up to date and complied with - Monitor manpower needs and oversee the welfare, discipline, and development of personnel -Conduct training programmes for store management to enhance logistics knowledge and build strong stakeholder relationships Challenge(s) - Achieving zero discrepancies for stocktaking - Achieving strong results in logistics audits and inspections - Education in Supply, Logistics Management or Accounting - Experience in supply accounting, logistics management and Enterprise System transactions is advantageous - Strong communication skills - Strong leadership and team management skills - Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure (Candidates with no experience may apply.)
