As a Senior HR Executive/ Manager/ Senior Manager, HR Communications Hub (Contact) in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will champion HR service excellence through accurate, clear and timely HR communications and service improvement initiatives in a dynamic HR landscape. • Develop and implement HR communication strategies as Content Manager of selected HR topics, ensuring consistent and up-to-date content across platforms, managing communications for HR exercises, and maintaining training resources for new officers • Identify opportunities for service improvement initiatives and review of policies/ guidelines through quantitative and qualitative analysis of HR enquiries and feedback • Lead service/ process improvement and transformation initiatives through leveraging technology solutions to explore new ways of working and improve operational effectiveness • Collaborate with stakeholders across Centres/ Divisions to implement solutions and drive continuous improvement • Provide timely and relevant solutions to address employees’ HR enquiries while adapting to evolving employee needs and organisational priorities • Prior experience in HR, customer service, or service excellence-related roles would be preferred • Project management skills with the ability to lead improvement initiatives, and work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand diverse employee needs, convey complex policy information tactfully and clearly • Good organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Self-motivated and independent with a growth mindset, strong professional values, and a commitment to delivering service excellence • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications, with a keen interest in leveraging technology for service improvement and operational efficiency As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
