Job Summary As a Property Executive at Oh My Home Property Management, you will lead the management and maintenance of residential property sites, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering exceptional service to residents and owners. Responsibilities Lead on-site inspections and regulation checks to ensure residential properties are maintained to compliance standards and operational excellence Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to uphold property condition and resident satisfaction Ensure all building statutory requirements are met through proactive monitoring and reporting Deliver responsive and professional customer service support to residents and property owners, resolving issues effectively Analyze site conditions and recommend replacement or improvement plans to enhance property value and operational efficiency Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and support building management objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement property management strategies Perform additional duties as assigned to support business growth and operational goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Real Estate Management or equivalent qualification 1-3 years of experience in real estate management or related field Demonstrated leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset in property management contexts Effective communication and written skills to engage with diverse stakeholders Passion for building management and ability to work collaboratively with people Availability to start immediately is advantageous
