Property Manager

At our company, a dedicated Property Manager will be: Responsible for the daily operation of the buildings or condominiums Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the project Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors Lead a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management Ensure all contract works or routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings Job Requirement Possess Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Management or related field Love working with People and is able to communicate with people of all level Strong leadership quality and problem solver Good communication and written skill Able to start immediately will be advantageous Able to prioritise tasks and passion in buildings management Interested candidate please click to apply with your resume indicating your current and expected salary.
