Brief Summary: Join a dynamic team as a Researcher, where you'll conduct comprehensive analyses to drive strategic decision-making in the financial sector. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market, industry, and macroeconomic research focusing on insurance and financial services within Asia-Pacific. Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and business implications. Monitor regulatory, policy, and competitive changes pertinent to life insurance, asset management, and financial sectors. Prepare high-quality research reports, executive summaries, and presentation materials for senior management and stakeholders. Support the formulation of regional strategies, business planning, and assess investment or partnership opportunities. Assist with market entry studies and feasibility analyses, as well as other strategic initiatives as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams across multiple locations on cross-border research projects. Update and maintain internal research databases, dashboards, and reference materials. Address ad-hoc research requests and deliver timely, accurate insights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in research, strategy, consulting, insurance, financial services, or investment-related roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage. Proficient in Japanese to review Japanese-language market reports, communicate with Japan-based stakeholders, and conduct research on the Japanese market.
